SenseaFloat is a developing marine monitoring product that uses straightforward float-switch logic to communicate high-water conditions through a clear visual interface.
PROTOTYPE / DEVELOPMENT STAGE · NOT YET A FINAL COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONA marine water-level alert should be easy to recognize. SenseaFloat's intended interface centers on a single question: is the switch indicating a normal condition or a high-water alarm?
The current prototype uses a round touchscreen development board. The final electrical interfaces, enclosure, labeling and production configuration are still being engineered.
Safe status shown in teal/blue-green.
Dangerous status shown prominently in red.
A connected float switch changes contact state as the monitored water reaches its trigger point.
The prototype logic treats a closed contact as high-water demand and an open contact as normal.
The screen switches between the safe teal state and the red high-water alarm screen.
A 12 V alarm output is planned, but its final hardware and allowable load have not been established.
Use the simulator to compare the normal screen with the high-water alarm. The demonstration reflects proposed software states, not certified performance.
High water is always a warning condition; low water is the normal/safe status. The UI does not use orange for normal water.
Normal water is the safe state. Select high water to preview the red alert.
Prototype platform, planned I/O and fields still subject to engineering validation.
